Established in 1994, Shijiazhuang Chengen Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. is a sino-foreign joint venture enterprise with import and export permit of self-manufactured products. We have registered capital of USD 560,000.

After more than 10 years' development, we have undergone drastic change. We used to be a small workshop with only 12,000 square meters of land and a few dozens of workers. Now we have become a medium scaled enterprise with 27,000 square meters of land and over 400 workers. Our company has a capability of producing 28,000,000 meters of fabric annually.

Our products are mainly printed materials with various designs, multi color dyed materials and bleached one with different colors, such as bluish white, yellowish white and snow white. We are skilled in printing and dyeing ornamental materials within width of 124 inches. Material specifications mainly are series of 20s x 20s, 21s x 21s, 30s x 30s, 40s x 40s and 45s x 45s. We can offer waterproof, anti-flamed, stiffened, mellow finished and calendared fabric. Apart from this, we can produce regularly according to customers' standards.

In order to meet the needs of the customers and the marketplace, we set up a home textile end-product factory in 2000. The main products are series of flat sheets, fitted sheets, bed skirt, quilt cover, pillow case, hug pillows and backing blocks. We have realized the transformation from merely exporting fabrics to exporting ready-made bed wear. Along with the continuous extension of the market, we rely on our good credit and reputation among customers. Our products have been distributed in most districts of China and also have market shares in the USA, Canada, Australia, European Union, Israel and Hong Kong. We have enjoyed high prestige both at home and abroad.

We boast the first class and high-level automatic printing and dyeing equipment in 3 meters width. Our processes range from boiling out of the grey cloth, bleaching, printing, dyeing, drying, setting and finished product. Type no. 300 hot-wind width-setting machine has strong points of automatic wefting and good effect of setting. The 80MT multi-functional calendaring machine can make the fabric surface meet the hand feeling requested by customers and also improve the quality of our products. Type no. 300 rotary screen printing machine with 12 color ways went into operation in 2002. It can distribute the colors equally and its printing effect is very good. The screen-making installation with spraying ink by computer, assembled in 2004, is more convenient for plate and screen making. These advanced hardware installations lay a solid foundation for our manufacturing of even more qualified products. The clean and tidy production workshops even can guarantee that the production can be carried out from high-quality materials to high-quality finish products.

Our company has invested USD 200,000 on setting up a sewage treatment plant, which makes the content of COD and other poisonous or harmful substances in the sewage much lower than the state standard.
